Presentation Protocols

On the 4th day of each Institute, teachers will showcased their projects. It is always important to establish professional protocols for a dignified and valuable experience.

Each Institute will had showcase venues to meet the needs of the group. Large institutes will had smaller showcase settings while smaller institutes will had large group presentations. In any case, consideration for the time and effort that all groups put into their creation was honored. Please consider the following protocols during the showcase:

  • No laptops/computers will be used during the showcase except the ones from which the projects are being showcased.
  • Cell phone needs to be silenced.
  • Conversations should only occur between presentations.
  • Respect for the effort of the groups should be modeled by the audience at all times.
  • Practice the Golden Rule.
